Free returns and refunds

Thank you for shopping with Dead Resin. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, this policy explains your rights and how to return items.
1. Returns
You have the right to return most physical items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them for a refund.
To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@deadresin.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be:

Returned within 14 days of notifying us,

In their original condition and packaging (where possible), and
-
Returned at your own cost (unless the item was faulty or damaged).
We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
2. Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Digital products (such as downloads, PDFs, or digital supplements) once the download link has been accessed,

Custom-made or personalised items,
-
Commissioned or hand-painted models, unless faulty.
These exclusions are in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@deadresin.co.uk
We may request photographs of the damage for verification.
You will be offered a replacement or full refund, including the return postage costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.

If the item is returned used or damaged (and not due to our fault), we may reduce the refund amount.
