We operate as a UK-based independent retailer offering handmade wargaming terrain, painted miniatures, and related digital products.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and up to date.
However, as many of our items are handmade or hand-painted, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur.

All products are sold for hobby and display use and are not toys. They are unsuitable for children under 14 years of age.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Exclusions:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Digital downloads (once accessed or downloaded)

  • Commissioned painted miniatures

Faulty or damaged items can be returned for a replacement or refund — contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Digital downloads (such as PDFs, supplements, or digital artwork) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
By purchasing a digital product, you consent to immediate access and waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes (if applicable).
